.DISCUSSION...Dry conditions expected at the burn location through
the day as low pressure moves away from the region.  Winds generally
out of the west between 5 and 10 mph, with a few gusts to 15 mph
possible once mixing really gets going.  Can not rule out a few
clouds during the day, but generally mostly sunny skies expected to
prevail.  Mixing heights before the inversion breaks around 1800 ft
this morning, then increasing to above 5500 ft by early afternoon.
Transport winds out of the west up to 15 mph.  Fog is not expected
to develop this morning.  Can not rule out patchy fog Thursday
morning.  Next chance for any rainfall not until Thursday afternoon.
