.DISCUSSION...Another day of low relative humidity is expected. With
high temperature reaching the mid 70s, minimum relative humidity
should bottom out around 20 percent. Winds will be a little stronger
today than yesterday with sustained southeast winds up around 10 mph
at times. There will be some increase in clouds during the day,
though for much of the day the clouds will be high, thin clouds.
Thicker mid-level clouds may arrive late in the afternoon. Winds will
diminish to calm again tonight and relative humidity recovery should
reach above 90 percent late. West to northwest winds will prevail on
Tuesday with sustained speeds under 10 mph. Although high
temperatures will reach the low to mid 70s under partly cloudy
skies, minimum relative humidity will be higher than today at around
40 percent. Under mostly sunny skies, Wednesday will be warmer with a
high temperature around 80 and minimum relative humidity around 35
percent. Winds will still be on the lighter side with west winds
under 10 mph in the morning becoming north under 10 mph by late
afternoon.
