For waters beyond 5 nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior.
Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.
.SYNOPSIS...A 30.1 inch trough will move south from Upper
Michigan today as a 30.4 inch ridge builds into the northern
plains and northern Ontario, reaching the Great Lakes by
Wednesday. A 29.7 inch trough over northern Ontario Thursday will
reach northern Illinois by Saturday morning. A 30.2 inch high
pressure ridge will then move over the Great lakes Sunday.
