* Special Marine Warning for...
  Coastal waters from Cape Fear NC to Little River Inlet SC out 20
  nm...
  Coastal waters from Little River Inlet to Murrells Inlet SC out 20
  nm...
  Coastal waters from Murrells Inlet to South Santee River SC out 20
  nm...
  Waters from Cape Fear NC to Little River Inlet SC from 20 to 40
  nm...
  Waters from Little River Inlet to Murrells Inlet SC from 20 to 40
  nm...
  Waters from Murrells Inlet NC to South Santee River SC from 20 to
  40 nm...

* Until 700 AM EDT.

* At 459 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm within a cluster of showers
  and thunderstorms, moving north at 25 mph, is capable of producing
  greater than 35 kt wind gusts or even a short duration waterspout.
  This storm was located near Vermillion Reef, moving north at 25
  knots. Other thunderstorms across the warned area could further
  develop and produce severe weather.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

  Ten Mile Reef, Vermillion Reef, Little River Sea Buoy, 2 C R Ledge,
  Gary Ennis Reef, Winyah Bay Sea Buoy, City Of Richmond, Sherman
  Wreck, Bill Perry Junior Reef, Greenville Reef, Sunset Mid Shelf
  Buoy, Murrells Inlet Sea Buoy, Georgetown Nearshore Wreck, Little
  River Offshore Reef, Myrtle Beach Rock, Atlantic Ledge, Inshore
  Hole, A R 445, Cape Fear Sea Buoy and Horseshoe Area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor
immediately.
