...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CRAWFORD COUNTY THROUGH 800 PM
EDT...

At 715 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles south of Guys Mills, or 11 miles northwest of Franklin, moving
northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Meadville, Titusville, Cambridge Springs, Riceville, Lincolnville,
Canadohta Lake, Guys Mills, Atlantic, Cochranton, Saegertown,
Hydetown, Blooming Valley, Townville, Spartansburg, Venango,
Woodcock, and Geneva.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until midnight EDT for northwestern
Pennsylvania.
