Service Office in Riverton.

* WHAT...Snow. Accumulations up to 3 inches.

* WHERE...The Cody Foothills, including Cody, Meeteetse and Clark.

* WHEN...11 PM Tonight to 11 PM Wednesday night.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rain will change over to snow between
  midnight and 6 am Wednesday morning. Snowfall accumulations will
  be limited during the day with the greatest accumulations
  occurring Wednesday night.
