.DISCUSSION...
Winds remain breezy out of the northwest this morning over the burn
area, out of the northwest at 15 to 20 mph with gusts around 25 mph.
Winds will diminish through the day today, and shift out of the
south early Wednesday morning. Expect winds to slowly increase
through the daytime hours Wednesday as the dry area of high pressure
overhead exits across Minnesota. Temperatures Wednesday morning will
be near freezing, before rising to 60 degrees as relative humidity
drops to 35 percent. Dry weather will continue for the Wigdale RX
area through at least Thursday morning.
