Increasing rain chances continue through today, with the highest
chances along the International Border in northern North Dakota
and northern Minnesota. A few thunderstorms are also possible in
this area. Morning lows will range in the 30s and 40s.

Strong west to northwest winds are expected today, with gusts up
to 50 mph possible in western and southern North Dakota. Highs
across the region will range from the upper 50s in southern
Saskatchewan to the lower 70s in southern Minnesota. Drier
conditions then return midweek, with temperatures warming above
normal, before chances for rain and a few thunderstorms return for
the end of the work week.
