Widely scattered rain showers will remain possible across northern
North Dakota, northwest Minnesota, and southern Canada today,
though it will be a much drier day overall for the Northern
Plains. Highs this afternoon are expected to only reach the lower
50s to lower 60s.

Sunday will be much warmer, with highs rising into the mid 60s to
mid 70s. But it will also become windy on Sunday, especially
across eastern Montana and the western Dakotas.

A strong low pressure system will bring periods of rain with a few
thunderstorms and windy conditions to much of the region Monday
through the middle of the week. Daytime highs for the upcoming
work week will mostly be in the 50s and 60s.
