Regional Weather Forecast
National Weather Service Bismarck ND
625 AM CDT Wed May 8 2024 /525 AM MDT Wed May 8 2024/

A strong low pressure system will bring partly to mostly cloudy
skies today, with isolated to scattered showers. A few
thunderstorms are also possible today, mainly in South Dakota and
southern Minnesota. High temperatures today will be in the 50s
west to 60s and perhaps lower 70s east. Look for lingering showers
tonight across the southern half of the region, with chances
diminishing across the north. Lows tonight will be in the upper
30s to upper 40s.

Chances for showers then become more isolated through the end of
the week. Breezy winds may be found at times, especially on
Friday. Daytime highs through the work week will mostly be in the
50s and 60s, though a few locations in the southeast will peak
into the lower 70s at times. Lows through Friday will range from
the upper 30s to upper 40s, warming into the 40s and 50s this
weekend. Seasonable warm temperatures and comparably dry
conditions are then on tap for the coming weekend.
