...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT EAST CENTRAL WILLIAMS AND
NORTHWESTERN MOUNTRAIL COUNTIES UNTIL 100 AM CDT...

At 1229 AM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 6 miles southeast
of Tioga, or 22 miles west of Stanley, moving northeast at 25 mph.

Winds gusts to 40 mph and penny size hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Tioga and White Earth.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
