Fire Weather Planning Forecast For NE Kansas/NW Missouri
National Weather Service Kansas City/Pleasant Hill MO
230 AM CDT Mon May 6 2024

.DISCUSSION...

Reduced visibility in areas of fog will gradually improve through
the morning hours. Increasing southeast winds are expected today
ahead of a complex of storms that move the region overnight.
Clearing skies are expected across the region on Tuesday with a
southwest wind prevailing. Another chance of snowers and
thunderstorms is expected Wednesday, especially east of highway
65. While we can`t rule out a passing shower or storm late week,
drier conditions are expected to prevail.
