.DISCUSSION...
A cooler day today than yesterday. Any slim possibility of
precipitation will be at higher elevations in the
Sierra Nevada away from the Rx location. Northerly component
of the wind is expected to mitigate any afternoon upslope
wind from forming. After 1900 the relax of the afternoon
wind is expected to turn into a local drainage wind of
east to southeast. Wednesday after 1400 there is a small
probability of showers and very isolated thunderstorms
for the burn site.
