Scattered thunderstorms will begin to develop early this afternoon, and move eastward. Some of the storms will be strong to severe, with damaging winds the primary concern. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday. Occasional thunderstorms will occur Sunday night through Thursday, with a risk for severe storms on Tuesday and Wednesday. River flooding will continue on much of the Illinois River for several days. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation may be needed this afternoon and early evening, with the most likely time frame between 3 pm and 8 pm.
