...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1145 PM EDT
FOR SOUTHEASTERN MONROE AND LAWRENCE COUNTIES...

At 1115 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 6 miles south of Bloomington to 8 miles south of
Bedford, moving east at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Up to 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Bedford, Mitchell, Oolitic, Heltonville, Smithville, Tunnelton,
Harrodsburg, Bartlettsville, Avoca, Spring Mill State Park, Monroe
Reservoir, Fairfax State Recreation Area, and Charles Deam
Wilderness.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
