Fire Weather Planning Forecast for S MS and SE LA
National Weather Service New Orleans LA
212 PM CDT Tue Apr 23 2024

.DISCUSSION...

Moisture is still going to be an issue but we should see a slight
uptick in moisture recovery this afternoon and more so through
the rest of the week as low level flow transitions to a more
onshore flow. No rain is expected and critical fire weather
concerns will be limited due to lackluster winds.
