.DISCUSSION...
There will be low clouds and patchy fog overnight into early Wednesday morning
at the launch site, but visibility should be over 6 miles by the launch time
of 1100 hours. Light west winds are expected through around 1200, increasing
some in the afternoon.

.WEDNESDAY...

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (75-85 percent) through the day with patchy
                    fog in the morning.
Max temperature.....62 at 1100. Max 63.
Min humidity........75 percent at 1100. Min 68-72 percent.
Eye level winds.....West winds 2 to 3 mph at 1100, becoming west to northwest
                    4 to 6 mph in the afternoon.
Wind (20 ft)........West winds 4 to 6 mph at 1100 becoming west to
                    northwest 8 to 12 mph in the afternoon.
