...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EASTERN TIPTON AND NORTHEASTERN
SHELBY COUNTIES THROUGH 515 PM CDT...

At 438 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Brighton, or 10 miles south of Covington, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Covington, Munford, Brighton, Atoka, Gainesville, Tabernacle,
Clopton, Idaville, Canaan Grove, and Redwood.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
