.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered over the western Atlantic is
supporting moderate to locally fresh trades across the eastern,
central, and NW Caribbean, including the Windward Passage, with
light to gentle winds in the SW. This pattern will prevail into
mid-week. Looking ahead, SE winds will increase to fresh late in
the week over the Gulf of Honduras and adjacent NW Caribbean.
