...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...

  Neches River At Rockland affecting Angelina, Jasper, Tyler and
  Polk Counties.

  Neches River Near Diboll affecting Polk, Trinity, Tyler, Houston
  and Angelina Counties.

  Neches River Near Alto affecting Trinity, Cherokee, Houston and
  Anderson Counties.

  Neches River Near Neches affecting Cherokee, Houston and Anderson
  Counties.

For the Neches River...including Neches, Alto, Diboll, Rockland...
Moderate flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Neches River at Rockland.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 30.0 feet, High water will flood and close several
  roadways especially in the Fox Landing community. Some low area
  homes in the Fox Landing community will also be threatened with
  flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 29.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 28.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:00 AM CDT Tuesday was 29.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will continue a slow fall through the
    weekend, and will remain above the 26 foot flood stage
    through at least Sunday.
  - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    29.6 feet on 04/16/1921.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Lowland flooding will slowly decrease for
  the next several days.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 15.3 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:15 AM CDT Tuesday was 15.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will continue a slow fall through this
    week, but remain above the 12 foot flood stage through
    Sunday.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    15.3 feet on 11/19/1946.

  forecast.

* WHERE...Neches River near Alto.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Expect moderate to severe flooding of the
  heavily wooded floodplain. Boat ramps and picnic areas will be
  completely inundated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 18.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:15 AM CDT Tuesday was 18.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river just crested at 18.5 feet early this
    morning, and will continue a slow fall to near 17.9 feet
    Sunday morning.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    18.5 feet on 06/17/2016.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:30 AM CDT Tuesday was 15.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is currently at crest, with a slow fall
    commencing tonight through this weekend.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    15.5 feet on 11/09/2015.
