Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Moderate east to southeasterly winds will prevail
today through Saturday in advance of a weak cold front that
arrives on Sunday morning. The winds will lead to slightly
building seas on Saturday before subsiding Saturday night into
Sunday with the approach of the cold front. A weak surface
pressure gradient early next week will lead to favorable marine
conditions over the western Gulf.
