.Synopsis for the northern and central Washington coastal and
inland waters...A short period of strong onshore flow is expected
early this morning in the wake of a cold front. High pressure
will build into the region over the weekend. Thermal low pressure
will set up along the Oregon coast Monday and Tuesday as an upper
ridge shifts over the Pacific Northwest.
