.DISCUSSION...

Lingering cloud-cover and scattered rain/snow showers will end
late this afternoon as the responsible weather system exits
across eastern Montana to the Dakotas. Clearing skies and light
winds tonight will lead to excellent humidity recovery and cold
minimum temperatures by Tuesday morning. Much drier and warmer
conditions are anticipated Tuesday afternoon as high pressure
moves over the Northern Rockies and winds will generally be light
and driven by the terrain on the ground with southerly wind flow
across ridgetops.
