* WHAT...East winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 65 mph expected.
  These winds will be strongest around Farmington and Centerville.

* WHERE...Northern Wasatch Front.

* WHEN...Until noon MDT today.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds may blow down trees and power lines.
  Widespread power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult,
  especially for high profile vehicles on I-15, US-89 and Legacy
  Parkway.
