.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure trough along the Washington and Oregon
coasts will gradually weaken through Fri night. Weak low pressure
over the outer Oregon waters will move NE and across the
Washington waters tonight while moving a front over the waters
through Fri. Another low pressure will move NE over the northern
waters Fri night through Sat night. An associated cold front will
move SE across the remainder of the waters Sat into Sun. A low
pressure trough will form near the coast of Vancouver Island Sun
and Sun night, and persist through Tue night as high pressure
builds in W of the waters.
