.SYNOPSIS...A ridge of high pressure will persist N of 75N. A 995
mb low over the Chukotsk Peninsula will weaken through Friday. A
997 mb low will move E across the Bering Sea to be a 998 mb low
over the Yukon Delta Fri morning and will weaken to 1000 mb as it
moves to the Bering Strait Fri night. Troughing over the Arctic
Coast will persist through the weekend. A 1020 mb high will move
S across  the Beaufort Sea Fri night and Sat with high pressure
pushing over the Eastern Arctic Coast.
