GOODING COUNTIES THROUGH 745 PM MDT...

At 706 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cold front with strong
west/northwest winds causing blowing dust, advancing east around 40
mph.

HAZARD...West winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar and spotter reports.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.  Blowing dust will briefly reduce
         visibility to a quarter mile.
