...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM MDT
TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Snowfall of 10 to 16 inches is expected, with local
  totals of 18 to 24 inches over the highest peaks of the Tetons.
  West wind gusting 25 to 35 mph.

* WHERE...Teton and Gros Ventre Mountains.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM MDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult Tuesday morning over both
  Teton and Togwotee Passes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snowfall falls between 12
  midnight and 12 noon Tuesday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.

TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches,
  with slightly higher totals in the mountains of southwest
  Yellowstone. Storm total accumulation of 5 to 10 inches, with
  lesser amounts below 7500 feet.

* WHERE...Yellowstone National Park.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM MDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult, especially in the
  backcountry.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel on paved roads could be slick and
  snow-covered at times, particularly during the nighttime hours.
