.DISCUSSION...
Enough moisture and instability exist to allow for the formation
of scattered snow showers this afternoon and early evening. In
general, these would be brief, wet showers with little accumulation.
Wind increases from the west-northwest during the early afternoon and
persists until around sunset. Temperatures remain slightly below
normal today before warming under a mostly sunny sky Wednesday.
Another round of precipitation returns Thursday and continues into
the weekend, although temperatures will be near normal.
