1030 AM CDT Thu Mar 21 2024 /930 AM MDT Thu Mar 21 2024/

Accumulating snow will continue today and tonight, with up to
around 5 inches of snow forecast through tonight from southern
North Dakota, into far northeastern South Dakota. Cooler
temperatures are also on tap through the end of the week, with
highs ranging from the lower 20s north to the 30s and lower 40s
south.

A more intense round of winter weather is then likely over the
weekend across much of the Northern Plains and Upper Midwest,
with the potential to disrupt travel for many. If you have travel
plans this weekend through early next week, you will want to
monitor the latest weather forecast information.
