.DISCUSSION...It will remain mostly cloudy with a chance of snow
showers.  Minimum humidity will be around 70%.  Winds will be light
from the east at 5-7 mph.  Smoke dispersal will be poor through
the afternoon.

Tonight will be mostly cloudy with a chance of snow showers until 0400.
then a slight chance of snow showers.  Winds will be light east
around 5 mph until 2400, then light and variable.  Smoke dispersal
will remain poor.

Friday will be mostly cloudy with a slight chance of rain and snow
showers until 1200.  After 1200 rain and snow showers will be
likely with a slight chance of thunderstorms.  Minimum humidity
will be around 50%.  Light and variable winds until 0900, then
northeast 6-12 mph.  Smoke dispersal will be poor all day.
