...The National Weather Service in Quad Cities IA IL has issued a
Flood Warning for the following rivers in Iowa...Missouri...

  Des Moines River at St Francisville affecting Clark and Lee
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

The next statement will be issued by Saturday morning at 730 AM CDT.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM THIS MORNING TO LATE TOMORROW
EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Des Moines River at St Francisville.

* WHEN...From this morning to late tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, The St. Francisville boat ramp is under
  water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:15 AM CDT Friday the stage was 13.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late this
    morning to 19.9 feet this evening. It will then fall below
    flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to 14.6 feet Sunday
    evening. It will rise to 14.9 feet Monday evening. It will
    then fall again and remain below flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
