WEATHER SYNOPSIS

A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL FOCUS PERIODS OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
AS IT LINGERS ACROSS THE REGION OVERNIGHT WEDNESDAY THROUGH
THURSDAY. THE HEAVIEST AND MOST WIDESPREAD SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM
ACTIVITY IS EXPECTED THURSDAY AFTERNOON, AS THE COLD FRONT BEGINS
TO PUSH OUT OF THE REGION. SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE WILL SETTLE OVER
THE REGION FRIDAY, BUT SOUTH WINDS WILL RETURN FOR SATURDAY AS
ANOTHER COLD FRONT APPROACHES. A FEW SHOWERS WILL BE POSSIBLE
SATURDAY, BUT LITTLE TO NO RAINFALL IS EXPECTED WITH THE COLD
FRONT SATURDAY NIGHT. SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE WILL MAKE A BRIEF
RETURN TO THE REGION SUNDAY, AND THEN SOUTH WINDS WILL RETURN
EARLY NEXT WEEK, LEADING TO ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES AND RISING
HUMIDITY.
