At 443 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
West Elmira, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Elmira, Southport, Big Flats, Horseheads, Elmira Heights, Erin, West
Elmira, Breesport, Horseheads North, and Fisherville.

This includes the following highway exits...
 Interstate 86/Route 17 between 49 and 57.
