...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN BLOUNT COUNTY
THROUGH 545 PM CDT...

At 519 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Brooksville, or 8 miles northeast of Blountsville, moving northeast
at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Altoona, Snead, Susan Moore, Walnut Grove, McLarty, Strawberry, and
Brooksville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
