* WHAT...Temperatures between 28 and 35 degrees will result in frost
  formation.

* WHERE...Portions of northern Connecticut, eastern and southeastern
  Massachusetts, and northern and southern Rhode Island.

* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 7 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
