...Locally Dense Fog This Morning...

Patchy to areas of dense fog will persist this morning. Visibilities
could change rapidly over short distances and will be reduced to
a half mile or less at times. Slow down, maintain a safe distance
between other vehicles and be alert for rapidly changing
visibilities. Avoid high beams and use your low beam headlights.
