...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN CLAY...WESTERN
YORK...HAMILTON...CENTRAL MERRICK AND SOUTHWESTERN POLK COUNTIES
THROUGH 1145 PM CDT...

At 1058 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Chapman to near Phillips to near Giltner.
Movement was northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Aurora, Chapman, and Marquette around 1105 PM CDT.
  Central City around 1110 PM CDT.
  Hampton around 1115 PM CDT.

Other locations in the path of these storms include Hordville,
Henderson, Polk and Bradshaw.

This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 322 and 355.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 200 AM CDT for
south central, central and east central Nebraska.
