...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WEST CENTRAL KERN COUNTY THROUGH
400 PM PDT...

At 335 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 16
miles northwest of McKittrick, or 41 miles southwest of Delano,
moving southeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
McKittrick and Twisselman.
