...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN PIATT...VERMILION...
SOUTHEASTERN MCLEAN AND CHAMPAIGN COUNTIES THROUGH 200 PM CDT...

At 126 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms near Rossville, or 8 miles south of Hoopeston, moving
northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Champaign, Urbana, Danville, Rantoul, Hoopeston, Savoy, Mahomet, St.
Joseph, Westville, Tilton, Catlin, Fisher, Oakwood, Philo, Rossville,
Sidney, Homer, Thomasboro, Gifford, and Ogden.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 57 between mile markers 227 and 257.
 Interstate 72 between mile markers 174 and 182.
 Interstate 74 between mile markers 169 and 220.
