...COLD FRONT OVER THE WATERS HEADED SOUTH TOWARDS PORT WASHINGTON...

The areas affected include...
Lake Michigan nearshore and open waters to mid lake from Sheboygan WI
to Winthrop Harbor IL...

At 633 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a front, with winds shifting
from west to north and gusts around 30 knots. This front was located
along a line extending from Cedar Grove to 15 nm east of Port
Washington, moving south at 20 knots.

The front will reach Port Washington around 700 PM, Milwaukee around
800 PM, Racine around 845 PM, and Kenosha around 915 PM. In
addition, isolated thunderstorms may develop, capable of small hail
and gusty winds.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately.
