...Special River Statement for the Guadalupe River at Alamedan
Expressway...

* WHAT...The Guadalupe River at Alamedan Expressway is forecast to
  rise into Monitor Stage (7.5 ft) on Sunday morning. The river may
  rise above Flood Stage (9.5 ft) Sunday later in the morning,
  potentially cresting around 10.11 ft Sunday around 10 AM PST.
  Latest ensemble guidance suggests there is a 37% probability of
  the river reaching Monitor Stage (7.5 ft) by early Sunday morning
  and a 23% probability of reaching Flood Stage (9.5 ft) later in
  the morning on Sunday. Given these low probabilities, confidence
  is low for issuance of a River Flood Warning at this time. We will
  continue to monitor and upgrade if necessary as confidence
  increases. The most recent stage was 2.14 feet at 11:15 am PST.

* WHERE...Guadalupe River at Alamedan Expressway.

* WHEN...Sunday.
