The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of southwest Oklahoma,
including the following areas, Greer, Harmon, Jackson, Kiowa and
Tillman and northern Texas, including the following areas, Archer,
Baylor, Foard, Hardeman, Knox, Wichita and Wilbarger.

The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch is being
cancelled.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Oklahoma, including the following counties,
  Alfalfa, Atoka, Bryan, Caddo, Canadian, Carter, Cleveland, Coal,
  Comanche, Cotton, Garfield, Garvin, Grady, Grant, Hughes,
  Jefferson, Johnston, Kay, Kingfisher, Lincoln, Logan, Love, Major,
  Marshall, McClain, Murray, Noble, Oklahoma, Payne, Pontotoc,
  Pottawatomie, Seminole and Stephens and northern Texas, including
  the following county, Clay.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - another 1 inch of rainfall is possible through mid morning.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
