.Synopsis for the far Southern California coast...At 1 AM, a 1028
mb high was about 1,395 miles west of Eureka Calofornia, a 1019
mb high was over western Utah and a 1004 mb low was near Laughlin
Nevada. Weak onshore flow and a coastal eddy will continue this
morning. Stronger and gusty west to northwest winds this evening
through Sunday evening will generate hazardous boating conditions,
especially in the outer waters. Weaker onshore flow with a
coastal eddy follows for Monday through Wednesday.
