HYDROLOGIC STATEMENT

...The Merced River at Stevinson will be just above Monitor
Stage during the next few days...

.Snowmelt over the high Sierra combined with larger water releases
out of New Exchequer Dam will produce moderately high water levels
and swift flows on the lower Merced River during the next few days.

Forecasts are based on present and forecasted meteorological and
hydrologic conditions at time of issuance.

Unlisted forecast points are expected to remain below monitor stage.
All those affected by river conditions should remain alert for rapid
changes and for possible forecast revisions.

    Forecast to fluctuate near 69.0 FT thru tomorrow late evening.
      Monitor stage 67.0 ft, Flood stage 71.0 ft

IMPACT...NEAR 69.0 feet, The playground area in Hagaman Park along
Highway 165 is flooded.
IMPACT...NEAR 65.0 feet, Hagaman Park along Highway 165 begins to
flood.
