Rio Grande out to 60 NM.
Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Persistent high pressure over the western Gulf of
Mexico will produce light to moderate winds and low to moderate
seas along the lower Texas Coast through the next several days. A
trough of low pressure is expected to form early next week over
the Bay of Campeche and the southwestern Gulf of Mexico.
Subsequent slow development of this system is possible as it
drifts northwestward to northward.
