Synopsis for Baffin Bay to Rio Grande out 60 nm-
358 AM CDT Sun Jul 21 2019

.SYNOPSIS...Moderate southeasterly flow continues across the
Lower Texas coast through today, before high pressure begins to
weaken and drift further inland over the southeastern states.
Overall, this allows the pressure gradient to slacken and winds to
decrease into next week. Light to moderate seas expected to
continue through today and then become lighter to start the
workweek. An isolated streamer shower is possible during the
overnight hours tonight, with thunderstorms possible Monday
through the end of the period as a weak cold front approaches from
the north.
