.DISCUSSION...

Temperatures warm to the lower 70s while dry conditions will
support minimum RH values in the 18 to 20 percent range in the
area of the spot near northwest Richland county southeast of
McLeod. Winds shouldn`t be as strong, though a few gusts around 15
mph may be be possible from the northwest then north during the
afternoon. Rain chances increase later tonight into Monday, with
the wettest days Monday night through Tuesday night. There is a 90
percent chance for wetting rain, and a 50 percent chance for at
least 1 inch of rain in southeast North Dakota during the Monday
night through Tuesday night period.
