.DISCUSSION
Offshore flow is expected for the majority of Friday, allowing dry air
to linger at the burn site. Expecting Friday to be the driest day, with
humidities falling into the teens. Poor overnight recoveries are
expected Friday night as westerly winds appear short-lived and light.
Northwest to west flow will increase on Saturday, with wind gusts up to
20 to 25 mph possible. Humidities will begin trending on Saturday.

                    in the afternoon.
