.DISCUSSION...
Winds this morning continue to be light and variable then
transition to the northeast between noon and 2 PM with wind speeds
between 5 mph and 10 mph. Winds shift tonight from the northeast
to the southwest between 10 PM and midnight tonight with wind
speeds between 3 mph and 8 mph. Sunny and dry conditions continue
for this afternoon and early evening. Between 6 pm and midnight
tonight, there is a low chance (30%) of a rain shower or
thunderstorm to develop, but gusty winds could occur with a
developed thunderstorm. Winds increase and shift to the northwest
and west for tomorrow afternoon between 10 mph and 15 mph.
